Custom T-shirts, sweat shirts, caps and more are a great way to advertise your business, to promote your group or fundraiser or as uniforms for your sports team. Hit After Hit offers the finest uniform brands on the market – Wilson, Rawlings, New Balance, and Mizuno.

SCREEN PRINTING

This is where ink is pulled through a mesh screen(s) to form an image on your garments. It can be as simple as a 1 color design or as complicated as a 10 color logo. Each color is applied one at a time until the design is finished and then it is put through a dryer at about 325 degrees to cure the ink. Paper stencils are usually used to help when printing numbers on t-shirts and/or jerseys. They are also done one color and a time, and not usually more than two colors.

DIRECT EMBROIDERY

This is the most popular, most economical, and quickest embroidery technique. During this process, the embroidery is directly applied to the garment with a hooping system. Hit After Hit’s quick turnaround, attention to detail, and modern techniques make us your top choice for embroidery services.

TACKLE-TWILL

Tackle twill involves applying twill lettering onto a garment. The twill lettering is custom cut from polyester twill material into any letter, shape or design. It can be sewn onto almost any garment. The tackle twill is permanently attached to the garment using edge stitching, usually in a zig-zag or dotted pattern. This style has a classic scholastic look, ideal for sports jerseys, varsity jackets, greek organizations and more.

SUBLIMATION

During sublimation, a design is dyed directly into the material of a garment. This is achieved through the application of heat and pressure, which causes the dye to become embedded in the actual fibers of the garment. This process results in extremely bright colors and makes the design truly part of the garment rather than simply resting on top of it.
